Sustained high pressure across the Southeast has maintained elevated overnight lows near Atlanta, with trader consensus split between the 74-75°F and 76-77°F bins at roughly equal implied probabilities. Light variable winds, high dewpoints in the upper 60s to low 70s, and minimal cloud cover have limited radiative cooling under mostly clear skies, keeping minimum temperatures several degrees above the early-September climatological average of 68-69°F. National Weather Service forecasts from Peachtree City project a low around 75°F for the night of September 3-4, with only slight model variability in exact readings that could determine the final bin. A weak frontal boundary and rising moisture remain too far south to alter conditions before resolution.
