**Latest National Weather Service and private forecast models indicate a peak temperature near 88–90°F for Miami on September 4, aligning with the near-even market split between the 88–89°F (41.5%) and 90–91°F (37.0%) bins.** Typical late-summer conditions—southeast winds of 5–10 mph, high boundary-layer moisture, and scattered to likely afternoon thunderstorms—create modest uncertainty in the exact maximum. Thunderstorm timing and coverage can either cap heating through cloud cover and evaporative cooling or allow brief sun breaks to push readings slightly higher. Historical climatology shows an average September 4 high of roughly 90°F at Miami International Airport, providing context for current guidance. Updated model runs and the morning NWS forecast discussion will likely narrow the range before resolution.
