National Weather Service forecasts and real-time observations from Dallas-Fort Worth stations indicate a daytime high of 96–97°F under sunny skies with northeast winds of 5–10 mph and heat indices near 100°F. Multiple model runs align on this range, well above seasonal normals, with no significant cloud cover or frontal activity expected to suppress temperatures before sunset. This consensus from authoritative sources like the NWS Fort Worth office supports the market’s 99.5% implied probability for 96–97°F. Only an improbable late-day surge in convection or localized measurement variance at official stations could realistically shift the outcome outside this narrow band.
