Official NWS forecasts for Miami on September 24 project highs in the upper 80s under mostly sunny morning conditions shifting to scattered afternoon thunderstorms, driven by typical late-September sea-breeze convection and a weak pressure gradient. Recent model consensus supports this range, with northwesterly flow initially limiting extreme heating while high humidity sustains instability. The market's emphasis on 90-91°F reflects potential for brief clearing or delayed storm initiation to push readings marginally higher, consistent with historical September variability around 88-90°F baselines. Updated NWS briefings and afternoon observations will refine these probabilities ahead of resolution.
