National Weather Service forecasts for San Francisco indicate a low near 58°F overnight into September 8, consistent with the leading market-implied range of 58-59°F. Clear to partly cloudy conditions under building high pressure and reduced marine influence are expected to support moderate radiational cooling, while coastal proximity and light winds limit further drops. Recent model consensus and observed trends show temperatures tracking close to seasonal norms around 56°F, with limited upside from the ongoing warming pattern that primarily affects daytime highs. Updated NWS briefings and any revisions to overnight guidance represent key near-term catalysts for trader adjustments.
