Recent National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus indicate clear skies and easterly flow will produce an overnight low in the upper 60s for Atlanta on September 8, following a cold front that moderated temperatures after recent heat. This positions 68–69°F as a plausible outcome, though trader consensus favors 70–71°F at 45.5% implied probability, reflecting minor model spread and potential for slightly warmer boundary-layer conditions under high pressure. Historical averages near 68°F and the absence of significant moisture or cloud cover support limited downside risk, with resolution hinging on official Atlanta airport observations at the close of the calendar day.
