No official announcements, judicial actions, or credible reports indicate any arrest proceedings or detention risk within the narrow resolution window ending September 28. Trader consensus at 99.4% for "No" reflects this institutional continuity amid ongoing factional tensions, economic strain, and leadership questions around Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, none of which have produced verifiable moves against the president himself. Late developments that could still shift outcomes include an abrupt internal power consolidation, sudden health incident, or major escalation in domestic unrest, though these remain low-probability events given his current schedule and public role.
