Recent polls for the September 20, 2026, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Landtag election consistently place Die Linke ahead of the CDU in projected vote share, with the former at around 11 percent and the latter near 10 percent in August surveys from INSA and others. This narrow but persistent gap has shaped trader consensus toward Linke receiving more votes overall. Broader context shows the AfD leading at 36 percent and the SPD at 29 percent, while smaller parties including the Greens and BSW remain below or near the five-percent threshold. With the campaign entering its final month, no major shifts, candidate announcements, or coalition signals have altered the relative positioning between these two parties. The implied probability reflects this polling stability and the limited time remaining for significant movement before election day.
