Morocco's September 23, 2026, legislative elections for the 395-seat House of Representatives feature a fragmented multi-party system under proportional representation, where the ruling RNI-PAM-Istiqlal coalition partners are competing internally for the largest bloc. Trader consensus prices PAM highest among contenders amid coalition maneuvering, candidate recruitment, and preparations following royal directives on the electoral framework. Limited public polling and persistent public distrust in government contribute to tight probabilities, with outcomes likely hinging on turnout, alliance shifts, and localized results in the final weeks before voting. Structural factors such as the 198-seat majority threshold and post-election coalition negotiations further sustain uncertainty across leading options.
