Hacks' record-setting 24 Emmy nominations for its fifth and final season have anchored trader sentiment around modest multiple wins, with the 2-3 outcome leading at 60% implied probability. Strong precursor momentum for Jean Smart in lead comedy actress, Hannah Einbinder in supporting actress, and categories like comedy writing and directing for the series finale supports expectations of several trophies, consistent with the show's prior success and critical reception. However, stiff competition from frontrunners like The Pitt in drama and other comedies such as The Bear and Abbott Elementary, combined with the Emmys' tendency to distribute awards rather than allow sweeps, caps the upside and keeps 4-5 wins as a secondary but plausible scenario at 31%. The September 14 ceremony remains the key resolution date.

This market will resolve according to the number of Emmys won by "Hacks," or by people for their roles in "Hacks," awarded during the live Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony, expected to be held on September 14, 2026. Awards presented at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards (September 5–6, 2026) will not count toward this market's resolution.

If, for any reason, no winners are declared by September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Emmys, including data from their websites (e.g. https://theemmys.tv/, https://www.televisionacademy.com/) and the live broadcast of the award ceremony, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
