**Trader consensus heavily favors a price decline for the Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box from the Mega Evolution—Perfect Order set by August 31, with the “Down” outcome at 79% implied probability.** Released in late March 2026, the Pokémon Center-exclusive ETB initially benefited from strong collector demand and limited early supply, but massive Target restocks quickly flooded the market and triggered a sharp correction. Resale prices fell roughly 27% in the following month, settling near $95–$120 across platforms like TCGplayer and StockX as of mid-August. With the set now five months old, ongoing reprints, expanding secondary-market liquidity, and attention shifting to newer expansions have eroded momentum. Historical patterns for mid-cycle Pokémon TCG products show similar post-hype softening once supply stabilizes, especially absent major new catalysts before month-end. Traders are pricing in continued downward pressure through the end of August rather than any meaningful rebound.
