Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” holds the edge in the CMA Music Video of the Year market after sweeping nine nominations overall, fueled by the song’s record-breaking Billboard Hot 100 run and a star-studded video featuring Luke Grimes, Miranda Lambert, and Ava Phillippe that generated millions of views and strong fan engagement. Stephen Wilson Jr.’s “Gary” sits close behind on the strength of his rising alt-country profile and four total nods, while Cody Johnson’s “The Fall,” Kacey Musgraves’ “Dry Spell,” and Chris Stapleton’s “White Horse” trail as established entries with solid but less dominant momentum. Traders appear to weigh Langley’s commercial dominance and multi-category visibility against potential voter preference for artistic storytelling in the video category ahead of the November 18 ceremony.
