Therese Terlaje, the Democratic nominee for governor of Guam with running mate Sabina Perez, leads the prediction market ahead of the November 3 general election. She secured her party's nomination in the August 1 primary by a narrow margin over Lt. Gov. Joshua Tenorio, reflecting a competitive intra-party contest focused on taxes, government performance, and cost-of-living issues. Vicente Ada, the Republican nominee with Edward Calvo, advanced more decisively in his primary but trails in trader pricing, consistent with Guam's recent Democratic electoral advantage and the absence of an incumbent. With roughly two months until voting, the market reflects trader consensus on the general election matchup while noting limited new catalysts in the past 30 days that would shift probabilities substantially.
