This market will resolve to "Yes" if a red flag is shown at any point during the 2026 F1 Dutch Grand Prix, scheduled for Aug 23, 2026. The market will resolve to "No" if the race is completed without any red flag periods. If the 2026 F1 Dutch Grand Prix is canceled or rescheduled to a date after Aug 30, 2026, this market will resolve 50-50. A red flag shown during practice sessions, qualifying sessions, or any other session besides the main race does not count for this market. Only red flags shown during the Grand Prix race itself will result in a "Yes" resolution. The resolution source will be the official Formula 1 website and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.Red flags have remained uncommon at Circuit Zandvoort across the Dutch Grand Prix's recent returns since 2021, with most races completing under green-flag conditions despite the track's demanding dune layout, steep banking at Tarzan, and coastal exposure to variable winds. The 2026 event's status as the final running there coincides with new FIA regulations emphasizing enhanced crash structures, a stronger roll-hoop, and a two-stage nose cone designed to maintain protection after initial impacts. These updates, paired with the circuit's prior safety upgrades for side-by-side racing, support trader consensus favoring uninterrupted running on the 72-lap distance. Historical patterns and the low baseline frequency of session-halting incidents at this venue further anchor the elevated probability on "No."
