Taylor Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You” commands the strongest market-implied odds for the Billboard Hot 100’s number-two spot the week of August 22, driven by robust early streaming velocity, fan-driven sales, and the artist’s proven ability to sustain high chart placement across multiple formats. Traders are pricing in Swift’s promotional momentum and historical dominance in similar release windows, which have repeatedly translated into top-tier positions even against stiff competition. Ariana Grande’s newer singles and tracks from Morgan Wallen, Ella Langley, and Olivia Rodrigo register far lower probabilities, reflecting narrower projected gains in the same tracking period. With the chart lock date approaching quickly, any late-week streaming spikes or radio adds could still shift the final ordering, though current data points heavily favor Swift’s entry.
