Buffalo's established roster continuity and Miami's aggressive offseason rebuild position the Bills as the clear favorite to claim the season series. The Dolphins traded away core offensive talent including Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, installed first-year head coach Jeff Hafley, and turned to Malik Willis as the new starting quarterback following the departure of Tua Tagovailoa, leaving Miami with one of the league's lowest projected win totals around 3.5. Buffalo returns most of its 2025 contributors across both sides of the ball and holds home-field advantage in the November 22 matchup at Highmark Stadium before traveling to Hard Rock Stadium in January. These factors align with the current trader consensus reflected in the 68.5% Bills probability, while the 31.4% tie chance accounts for the possibility of a split in the late-season AFC East contests and the minimal 3% Dolphins odds reflect the significant roster and scheme transition challenges facing Miami.
