Buffalo Bills hold the edge in the 2026 AFC East season series against the New York Jets due to superior roster depth, quarterback stability with Josh Allen, and consistent divisional dominance. The Jets' ongoing rebuild, including questions at quarterback and defensive consistency, limits their realistic path to a sweep. Historical results reinforce this positioning, as Buffalo has won the last five meetings, including a 35-8 victory to close the 2025 campaign. With both clubs in training camp, recent roster evaluations and schedule context—featuring a Bills home game in Week 18—have solidified trader consensus around a likely split or Bills sweep rather than an outright Jets series victory. Uncertainty around final injury reports and preseason form keeps the tie outcome viable at current pricing.
