This market will resolve in favor of the player that finishes Week 1 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season with the most scrimmage yards (rushing yards plus receiving yards). Only games designated by the NFL as Week 1 of the 2026-27 regular season count. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with more scrimmage touchdowns (rushing touchdowns plus receiving touchdowns) in Week 1 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player with a higher average of scrimmage yards per touch (scrimmage yards divided by the sum of rushing attempts and receptions) in Week 1 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to "Other". If Week 1 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season is shortened or truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NFL statistics for completed games. If Week 1 of the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed past September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which player led the NFL in scrimmage yards within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 NFL Week 1 scrimmage yards leader market remains tightly bunched because a deep pool of running backs and pass-catching options enters the opener with comparable projected workloads amid uncertain game scripts and multiple injury situations. Recent training camp developments and official injury reports have elevated names such as Jahmyr Gibbs, Bijan Robinson, Jonathan Taylor, Derrick Henry, Christian McCaffrey, Saquon Barkley, De’Von Achane, and Chase Brown through favorable matchups and confirmed availability, while questionables including George Kittle, Rome Odunze, and several backfield depth pieces create rotation risk. International travel for the Rams-49ers contest and early-season variability in target distribution further flatten probabilities across the field. Trader consensus reflects this parity, with no single player establishing a decisive edge heading into kickoff.
