The resolution source for this market will be official information from Peru Liga 1; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The race for 16th place in the 2026 Liga 1 aggregate table remains exceptionally tight because a large cluster of mid-to-lower table sides sit within a narrow points band after the Apertura and early Clausura rounds. Alianza Lima dominates the top, but teams such as Sporting Cristal, Sport Huancayo, Atlético Grau, Comerciantes Unidos, UTC Cajamarca, Universitario, Alianza Lima, FBC Melgar, Deportivo Garcilaso, Los Chankas, Sport Boys, Alianza Atlético, Cienciano, Cusco FC, ADT, and Juan Pablo II show comparable recent form, goal-difference swings, and fixture schedules that leave room for movement. Point deductions for Sport Boys and UTC, plus the integration of promoted sides like FC Cajamarca and Deportivo Moquegua, add volatility, while the remaining Clausura matches and potential late surges keep outcomes unpredictable and the implied probabilities bunched.
