This market will resolve “Yes” if any player throws a Perfect Game in any game during the 2026 MLB season (including postseason). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. A “Perfect Game” is achieved when a pitcher throws a complete game without allowing a baserunner. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or it cannot be determined if a Perfect Game occurred within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the MLB; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Modern pitching management in MLB, including strict pitch counts, early hooks to bullpens, and matchup-specific relief usage, continues to suppress complete games and nine-inning dominance, contributing to the absence of any perfectos through the first four-plus months of the 2026 season. The last such outing occurred in 2023, and no-hitters have also been scarce recently. With roughly half the regular-season schedule remaining and historical gaps of multiple years without a perfecto common, trader consensus reflects these structural barriers. Late-season roster health or an outlier starter could theoretically alter the outlook, but current form and usage trends support the elevated probability assigned to no perfect game occurring.
