Recent opinion polls for Israel's October 27, 2026 Knesset election show Likud projected to win 21–25 seats, down from its current 32, with Yashar (led by Gadi Eisenkot) often polling ahead or competitive. Netanyahu's broader coalition bloc has fallen below the 61-seat majority threshold in multiple surveys, reflecting sustained voter shifts after the October 7, 2023 attacks, prolonged security operations, and backlash to judicial overhaul efforts. Internal Likud primaries tensions and competition from centrist and right-leaning alternatives have further pressured the party's standing. Trader consensus on a seat loss for Likud aligns with these polling trends across outlets through mid-August 2026, though final results remain subject to campaign dynamics and turnout.
