Mercedes leads the 2026 Constructors' Championship with 379 points after roughly half the 23-race season, ahead of Ferrari on 307 and McLaren on 220, reflecting the German squad's superior integration of its works power unit and chassis under the new regulations emphasizing revised energy management and active aerodynamics. Antonelli and Russell have delivered consistent results, capitalizing on straight-line speed and car balance advantages that customer teams have struggled to match. Ferrari has narrowed the deficit through aggressive upgrades, including a major package earlier in the year, yet trails significantly. McLaren and Red Bull sit further adrift with limited recent momentum to close the gap before the remaining events. Trader consensus prices this lead as decisive while leaving modest scope for a late Ferrari surge.
