This market will resolve to "Yes" if CoreWeave announces that it will file for bankruptcy or has filed for bankruptcy of any variety by the listed date, 11:59 PM ET. An announcement will suffice for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of if or when the actual filing occurs. The announcement must be made through any of their official or verified channels, as a recorded or written statement by their CEO, legal representation, or other individual or team which officially represents CoreWeave. A definitive consensus of credible reporting may also be used.CoreWeave’s robust AI cloud growth and $104 billion revenue backlog, bolstered by over $25 billion in new Q3 commitments and contracted power reaching 4.2 GW, underpin trader skepticism toward near-term bankruptcy despite elevated leverage. The Nvidia-backed provider reported $2.6 billion in Q2 revenue, up 112% year-over-year, with strong pricing on short-term contracts and leadership in benchmarks plus first-to-market Vera Rubin NVL72 deployments. Recent $4.2 billion convertible notes and an at-the-market equity program address the $35-plus billion debt stack and $35-39 billion 2026 capex needs, though they triggered stock pressure and a Sell rating. Key near-term catalysts include Q3 results, further capacity ramps toward 8 GW by 2030, and progress toward investment-grade credit metrics amid sustained enterprise AI demand.
