Both the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles enter the 2026 season as evenly matched NFC East rivals with upgraded rosters and overlapping strengths in offense and pass rush, making a 1-1 split the most probable outcome for their two scheduled matchups. Dallas overhauled a historically weak defense under new coordinator Christian Parker, adding edge rusher Rashan Gary and multiple draft picks, while retaining quarterback Dak Prescott and a high-powered offense. Philadelphia maintains a talented core from recent championship contention but faces roster adjustments and questions at wide receiver. The two primetime games—one on the road for Dallas in late October and the home rematch on Thanksgiving—feature comparable talent levels and no clear home/road or rest advantage that would tilt the series decisively. Trader consensus reflects this parity through elevated tie pricing ahead of training camp results and final injury reports.
