This market will resolve according to the result of the season series between the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks during the 2026-27 NFL regular season. If the San Francisco 49ers win the season series, this market will resolve to “49ers”. If the Seattle Seahawks win the season series, this market will resolve to “Seahawks”. If the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks tie the season series, this market will resolve to “tie”. If any scheduled game between the listed teams during the 2026-27 NFL regular season is cancelled, not completed, or otherwise does not produce an official result — including due to a shortened, truncated, or early-ended season — the season series will be determined solely using official results of completed games. If the season is cancelled, no games between the teams are completed, or the result of the season series cannot otherwise be confirmed by January 26, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the NFL, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used. Both the Seahawks and 49ers enter the 2026 regular season as projected 10-11 win contenders in a loaded NFC West, with the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks facing notable offensive turnover after losing coordinator Klint Kubiak and RB Kenneth Walker while the 49ers overhaul their receiving corps around additions like Mike Evans. Their two scheduled matchups—one at Lumen Field in Week 5 and the return fixture in Santa Clara later—feature comparable roster talent, coaching stability under Kyle Shanahan and Mike Macdonald, and limited injury concerns at this stage of camp. Traders assign the highest probability to a split because the teams’ similar overall profiles and divisional familiarity have historically produced balanced results, with Seattle holding a modest implied edge over San Francisco consistent with recent head-to-head trends and home-field positioning in one contest.
