Rockstar Games and Take-Two have confirmed Grand Theft Auto VI's PS5 release for November 19, 2026, with pre-orders opening in late June at a standard edition price of $79.99 alongside higher-tier Ultimate and collector's editions. This pricing aligns with recent AAA console trends that have shifted above the prior $69.99 norm, reflecting expanded development costs, advanced PS5 features like enhanced visuals and dualSense integration, and Rockstar's strategy for premium editions that bundle in-game content. Trader sentiment centers on whether the base launch price holds steady or sees last-minute adjustments ahead of the delayed launch window, amid ongoing supply chain and platform certification factors typical for major console titles.
