Karmine Corp enters this Esports World Cup Group B lower-bracket BO7 matchup as defending 2025 champions and fresh RLCS Paris Major winners, boasting the top RLCS points and strong recent form across EU events. Their roster, featuring standout performers like Vatira, has dominated high-stakes series this season. R8 Esports, a MENA squad ranked outside the global top 15 in LP rating, dropped their upper-bracket opener 1-3 to Team Falcons and now faces elimination pressure in the lower bracket. Head-to-head trends and schedule positioning favor the European side, though R8’s aggressive playstyle creates realistic upset windows in a best-of-seven format where momentum shifts can quickly alter series outcomes.
