Nongshim RedForce enters the August 14 LCK Round 3-4 Rise Group BO3 against HANJIN BRION coming off a surprising 1-2 series loss to the same opponent on August 5, ending NS’s long historical dominance (roughly 17-7 all-time series record). BRION, paced by strong showings from ADC Teddy and top laner Casting, executed cleaner macro play and objective control in that upset, snapping a seven-game skid against NS. Both teams field stable rosters—NS with Kingen, Sponge, Scout, and Lehends; BRION with GIDEON and Namgung—on recent patches emphasizing skirmish-heavy compositions. The quick rematch in the Rise Group standings highlights BRION’s improved form and potential for continued competitiveness, while NS seeks to reassert its typical edge in map movement and mid-lane pressure.
