Bilibili Gaming enters the August 20 LPL Split 3 Group Ascend BO3 as the clear favorite against LGD Gaming, reflecting stronger recent form and standings position after finishing the prior split higher and posting a 14-6 record early in the current one. BLG’s roster depth, including adjustments at top lane, has supported consistent results and a three-match win streak heading into the matchup, while LGD has managed zero wins in its last five outings and sits near the bottom of relevant form metrics. Their July 29 meeting ended 2-1 for BLG, underscoring head-to-head trends and stylistic edges in macro execution and objective control. LGD’s core pieces like top laner Burdol and jungler Heng provide occasional competitive flashes but have struggled with sustained momentum this split. Schedule positioning, patch stability around 25.14, and any late roster or preparation updates in the coming week remain the primary variables that could influence series length or individual game swings.
