London City Lionesses host Manchester United in the 2026-27 Women's Super League opener at Hayes Lane, with the promoted side featuring high-profile summer additions including Alexia Putellas, Mary Earps, and Kadidiatou Diani under owner Michele Kang. Manchester United enter a transitional phase after head coach Marc Skinner's departure and several key exits, with Eva Olid tasked with integrating new signings while relying on retained England internationals such as Maya Le Tissier, Ella Toone, and Jess Park.
