This market will resolve according to the winner of PGL Wallachia Season 9, currently scheduled for September 19 to September 27, 2026. If this tournament is postponed after October 27, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a winner has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple teams are declared winner, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed team name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, PGL (https://www.pglesports.com); however, a consensus of credible reporting (e.g., Liquipedia at https://liquipedia.net/dota2/PGL/Wallachia/9) may also be used. The PGL Wallachia Season 9 field sits in a tight pack because this post-TI 2026 LAN features 16 directly invited squads with largely untested rosters after the roster shuffle. New lineups at Team Yandex, 1win, Aurora Gaming, Natus Vincere, LGD Gaming, and several mid-tier sides have produced limited head-to-head data, while absences of Spirit, Liquid, and BetBoom further flatten the hierarchy. A Swiss group stage followed by double-elimination playoffs rewards consistent adaptation over raw talent, and trader consensus around 50% reflects that uncertainty in early-season form, visa stand-ins, and patch 7.41f dynamics rather than any dominant favorite.
