Dorado Gaming enters the August 21 NACL 2026 Summer Playoffs BO3 against Maryville University with clear momentum from a 4-1 regular-season record and a pair of recent wins, while Maryville sits at 2-3 and has dropped its last contest. Dorado reversed a weaker Spring split showing by posting stronger map scores and consistent results across the Summer regular season. Maryville, a program with multiple prior national collegiate titles, has underperformed relative to that history in the current split. Both teams qualified for the upper bracket of the playoffs, but Dorado’s recent form and series record give it the edge in trader consensus for this best-of-three. No major roster changes or external factors have surfaced in the past week to alter the outlook ahead of the series.

In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
