Zuzanna Pawlikowska, a 21-year-old Polish player ranked around No. 404, faces 22-year-old Bulgarian Lia Karatancheva (No. 383) in the round of 32 at the WTA 125 Warsaw on outdoor synthetic courts. Pawlikowska benefits from home-crowd support and recent doubles activity that has kept her match-sharp, while Karatancheva arrives after a straight-sets qualifying win and holds a higher career-high singles ranking. Both competitors sit in the lower reaches of the WTA rankings with limited main-draw experience at this level, making recent form, surface adaptation, and any late injury or fatigue factors the primary variables that could shift implied probabilities in this closely matched encounter.
