Dimitris Sakellaridis, the 20-year-old Greek ranked near his career-high of 556, faces 24-year-old Ukrainian Oleksandr Ovcharenko, whose peak reached 296 but who sits around 613, in the ATP Challenger Sion qualifying final. Sakellaridis brings momentum from a recent M15 title and strong ITF results, while Ovcharenko has shown resilience with wins in longer matches on the Challenger circuit. Both players compete at similar ranking levels with limited main-tour experience, making surface familiarity on the Sion courts and recent match fitness key variables. Their limited head-to-head history offers little precedent, leaving the outcome dependent on current form and adaptation to qualifying conditions.
