Soonwoo Kwon enters the Quebec City Challenger qualifying draw as the higher-ranked player (around No. 152-153) with three ATP Challenger titles already secured in 2026 on hard courts, including recent victories that underscore his strong form and experience against comparable opposition. Andrea Guerrieri (No. 189) has climbed the rankings through consistent lower-level results but lacks equivalent main-draw or high-stakes hard-court pedigree. The hard-court surface at the new PEPS facility favors Kwon's baseline game and movement, while both players show solid recent fitness with no reported injuries or withdrawals. Trader consensus reflects Kwon's edge in head-to-head readiness and schedule depth, though Guerrieri's aggressive style could extend sets in this early-round qualifier.
